Had accidentally torn the membrane when replacing the Rubber earbud. Didn’t know the impact it would have and that you could replace them easily.
Know have some spares and the quality is back to normal.

Had huge problems once the soundport mesh came away from the buds. Was advised to purchase the replacement mesh. So easy to replace and so easy to install.
